WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 1 medium Citrus Pear Beef Stroganoff meal
- 2 cups russet or Yukon potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups carrots, diced into ¼-inch pieces
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp tapioca pearls (not pudding)
- 8 oz low fat cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT:
In a crock pot combine all the ingredients.
Cook on low heat for 5 hours.
Stir before serving.
You may add an additional ¼-½ cup beef broth if you prefer your stew a little thinner. Salt and pepper to taste.
