Frequently Asked Questions

We can accommodate most allergies. When you place your order, mark your allergies or modifications and a Registered Dietitian will coordinate with accommodations.

Meals come frozen and are ready for an Instant Pot, crock pot, grill, or stovetop.  Just follow the directions for the cooking method you prefer.  When finished cooking, most meals require only minor finishing touches.  

Space depends on order size, but most orders fit in about 12 in x 12 in x 16 in or less.

Our Small family meal contains 3 servings and the Medium family meal contains 6 servings.

Citrus Pear meals can be ordered whenever you are ready and do not require a subscription. However, if you would like the convenience of meals being sent regularly, we have a subscription option that also saves you money on each order!
