June is National Fruits & Vegetables Month—and here at Citrus Pear, we’re always looking for fun, easy ways to help families eat more produce without the overwhelm. These easy smoothie recipes are a quick-prep, zero-waste, way to sneak in extra fruits and veggies (even for picky eaters) this summer! 

Tropical Glow-Up

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup pineapple

  • ½ cup mango

  • Handful of spinach

  • ½ cup milk of your choice

Berry Banana Blitz

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • ¾ cup milk of your choice

PB&J Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup milk of your choice
