Korean Beef Egg Roll Bowls

Ingredients:
- Citrus Pear Korean Beef meal
- 1.5 cups shredded carrots
- 3 cups bagged coleslaw or shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sugar snap peas or snow peas
- Wontons
- 6 green onions, diced
- Soy Ginger sauce (see below)
Instructions:
- Cook Citrus Pear meal per directions. Chop meat finely.
- Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and peas to the crockpot. Toss together until coated well.
- Serve and top with fried wontons and green onions. Drizzle with soy ginger sauce.
Soy-Ginger Sauce:
Whisk together 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon honey (or brown sugar), 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional for heat), ¼ teaspoon ginger powder, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
