Citrus Pear Customer Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY AVAILABLE IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sweepstakes Period
The Citrus Pear Customer Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on September 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on September 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Citrus Pear, its affiliates, and organizations directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
Survey Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the Citrus Pear Customer Survey and provide your full name and valid email address. Upon submission of the completed survey, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without completing the survey, send an email to contact@citruspear.com with the subject line “Citrus Pear Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name, email address, and state of residence. Email entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Alternative entries receive the same one (1) entry and have the same odds of winning as entries received through the survey.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. No purchase necessary. A purchase or completion of the survey will not increase your chances of winning.
4. Survey Thank-You Offer
Customers who complete and submit the full Citrus Pear Customer Survey will receive $10 off their next qualifying Citrus Pear subscription order of 5 or 10 meals, subject to the expiration date and any additional terms provided with the promotional offer.
The $10 promotional offer is provided as a thank-you for completing the survey and is separate from the Sweepstakes.
Entrants who use the alternative email method without completing the survey will not receive the $10 survey-completion offer.
Receipt or use of the $10 promotional offer does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning the Sweepstakes.
5. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- Ten (10) free Citrus Pear meals
- Citrus Pear freezer bags
- Citrus Pear kitchen towels
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $350.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, including eligible survey and alternative email entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry and must respond within five (5) days of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prize Delivery
The confirmed winner may be required to provide a valid U.S. shipping address and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs associated with delivery of the Grand Prize.
8. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or otherwise unsuccessful entries resulting from technical failures or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Any attempt to obtain more than one entry through multiple email addresses, identities, survey submissions, or entry methods may result in disqualification.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes, including entrants’ names and email addresses, will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Citrus Pear’s applicable privacy practices.

12. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any applicable rights entrants may have under the laws of their state of residence.
