Preparation & Serving Instructions

Cook times are for frozen meals. Times may vary by slow cooker/pressure cooker. Ensure all food reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving. If cooking a thawed meal, use the shorter cooking time listed as a guideline.

Cook: Follow the cooking instructions below. For most tender pork loin thaw before cooking. Watch meat closely and it cooks to 145 degrees. Over cooking the meat will cause meat be tough and dry.

Serve: Serve with rice, rice pilaf, or potato of choice and green salad. Can add ½ cup apple juice or orange juice half way through cooking for added moisture.

Serving Suggestion: Serve the orange ginger pork topped with your favorite cranberry sauce alongside maple-glazed sweet potatoes.

Low Carb Serving Option:

Serve with riced cauliflower or a blend of brown rice and riced cauliflower

Oven

Thaw meal in the refrigerator overnight. Add 1/2 cup of water. When thawed, place in oven proof baking dish, cover and bake at 350F for 1 1/2-2 hours or to an internal temperature of 145° F.

Pressure Cooker

Thaw meal in the refrigerator overnight. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cook on manual for 30 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 145° F, natural pressure release. *May add up to ¼ cup liquid before cooking to bring up to pressure.

Slow Cooker

Thaw meal in the refrigerator overnight. Add 1/2 cup of water. Using a 1.5-2 quart slow cooker, cook on low 4-6 hours or to an internal temperature of 145° F. Remove pork, slice, and return to juices for 5-10 minutes.

Seasoning

For stronger flavors, add 30-60 minutes before serving:

Ground ginger | ⅛ tsp

Orange zest, salt and pepper, to taste.
