Stovetop
Cook from frozen in medium saucepan over medium heat. Can add up to 1/2 cup water. Break up as it thaws and cooks. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes. Add ¼ 10 oz bag of broccoli with 5-10 minutes left. Add 2 oz cream cheese and parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Pressure Cooker
*Recommended cook method for best results! Cook on manual for 5 minutes, quick pressure release. May add 1/4 cup liquid before cooking to bring up to pressure. Switch to sauté setting, add 1/4 ~10 oz bag of broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add 2 oz cream cheese and parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Slow Cooker
Using a 1.5-2 quart slow cooker, cook on low 2-3 hours. until heated through and vegetables are cooked. Add 1/4 10 oz bag of broccoli with 20-30 minutes left. Add 2 oz cream cheese and parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Seasoning
For stronger flavors, add 30-60 minutes before serving:
Garlic | ½ tsp
Tarragon | ½ tsp
Salt and pepper, to taste
