Stovetop
Cook from frozen in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Can add up to 1/2 cup water. Break up as it thaws and cooks. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until heated through. Add 4 oz cooked penne pasta and stir.
Oven
Cook from frozen in an ovenproof baking dish, cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Add 4 oz cooked penne pasta and stir.
Pressure Cooker

Slow Cooker
Using a 1.5-2 quart slow cooker, cook on low 3-4 hours. Add 4 oz cooked penne pasta and stir.
Seasoning
For stronger flavors, add 30-60 minutes before serving:

Basil | 1⁄8 tsp
Garlic | 1⁄8 tsp
