Preparation & Serving Instructions

Slow Cooker

Add 2 cups of water and cook on low for 4-6 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, cook 4 oz rice stick noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain noodles and add to the pho. Serve topped with your favorite garnishes (bean sprouts, fresh herbs, lime wedges, jalapeños).

Pressure Cooker

Add 2 cups of water and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Allow a natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure. Cook 4 oz rice stick noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain noodles and add to the pho. Serve topped with your favorite garnishes (bean sprouts, fresh herbs, lime wedges, jalapeños).
