Rebecca Hanks is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and the dietitian behind Citrus Pear's meal reviews. She works directly on the company's menu, checking that every recipe is balanced for protein and portion, built from quality ingredients, and can be adapted for common food allergies and intolerances. 

"Families deserve nutrition that fits a real weeknight — a real schedule, real ingredients, and food everyone will actually eat. My approach is simple: start with whole, recognizable foods, keep protein and portions in balance, and make the healthy choice the easy one."

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) since 2000, credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed Certified Dietitian, State of Utah. 
  • B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science, Coordinated Program in Dietetics, Utah State University (2000).
  • Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management, Commission on Dietetic Registration

Role at Citrus Pear

As Citrus Pear's reviewing dietitian, Rebecca evaluates menu recipes for nutritional balance, reviews the nutrition information published on the site and in articles, and coordinates with customers on allergy and intolerance accommodations at the time of order. Her review byline appears on Citrus Pear's nutrition and recipe content.
