Sauté in medium pan over medium heat. Can drizzle with olive oil if needed. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat is cooked through and peppers are tender.

Oven

Preheat oven to 400 F. Cover sheet pan with foil or non-stick cooking spray and spread ingredients evenly on pan. Cook for ~20 minutes until meat and peppers are cooked through. Switch oven to broil and cook for 4-5 minutes, watching closely, until edges are crispy.
