Stovetop
Cook from frozen in medium saucepan over medium heat. Can add up to 1 cup of water. Break up as it thaws and cooks. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
Pressure Cooker
Add 1 cup of water. Cook on manual for 3 minutes, followed by a quick pressure release. If vegetables have not reached desired texture, switch to sauté mode and simmer for several minutes until desired texture.
Slow Cooker
Using a 1.5-2 quart slow cooker, add 1 cup of water. Cook on low 2-3 hours.
Seasoning
For stronger flavors, add the following before serving:
A dash of Onion powder
Garlic | ½ tsp
Salt and pepper, to taste
