Shipping policy

Prior to shipping, your meals were frozen to lock in freshness and ensure temperature control during transit. When your meals arrive at your door some will appear thoroughly frozen while others may seem partially thawed. Rest assured that your meals are all the same temperature and any differences are due to variation in ingredients and associated freezing points.  

Frozen ice packs indicate your meals have remained in safe temperatures (below 40° F) during transit. If your ice packs are thawed, and your meals are above 40° F, please discard them and contact Citrus Pear immediately. *Ice packs may be reused.

Storing your meals is simple! As soon as they arrive, transfer them to the freezer. Any meals to be prepared in the next 48 hours can be placed in the refrigerator. Note cook times provided are from frozen, so adjustments may be needed for thawed meals.
